Last updated: September 21, 2026. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://oyouhool.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through the Site, operated by OYOUHOOL (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (in whole or in part) if the product is out of stock, the price or description is in error, or fraud is suspected; in that case any charged amount is refunded.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country, which are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

3. Payment

We accept payment via PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers. Your bank statement will show a charge from OYOUHOOL. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at support@oyouhool.com and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from our China warehouse. Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after dispatch; actual times vary by destination and customs processing. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible, unopened items. Full details, exclusions and the refund process are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

6. Product Information

We work hard to display products accurately; however, colors may vary between screens and minor packaging changes may occur. Pet products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Consult your veterinarian for health-related questions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by OYOUHOOL or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
